Hi Andres,
I think you're using Windows Vista judging by the appearance of the Start bar, is that correct? I did a quick googling of the error message, and a lot of what came up were PC games right around when Windows Vista stopped being widely supported. Indeed, Survey123 doesn't support Windows Vista either, the minimum supported Windows version is 7.
Sorry to say, but you'll have to upgrade your machine!
