Automatic zoom in ArcGIS Online

Question

This is likely a pretty stupid question:

I have a ArcGIS Online map showing point on various continents at a global scale.
I'd like to be able to click on one of these points and it to automatically zoom into the location at a street-level scale.

Anyone have advice on how to do this?

This is possible with custom url parameters in the configurable apps.

How are users navigating to the locations?

Is there a way to set the level of the zoom to feature in the popup to a specific zoom level?
