How can I access the presentations made at past ESRI International User conferences prior to 2010?
Assuming the presentation material was submitted to ESRI (this is/was never a requirement), you would find it on the ESRI Proceedings CD that was mailed to attendees after the conference. What specifically were you looking for? I have the CDs going back to 1999. And now I feel old.
