Survey123 connect question to capture city/state and/or country of residence?

I feel like this should be relatively straightforward, but I'm drawing a blank. I would like to capture a survey respondents city/state/country of residence. I do not need to save the location as a point (I have another more pertinent geopoint question), but I would like to use an actual location (not just a text box) so I can calculate to find whether it's in a specific county or state. I would also like to pull the city, state, and country values to other hidden fields for ease of data management and sorting later.

Seems like something that would be pretty straightforward for a GIS-based survey, but I'm not thinking of a good solution.

Soultion in previous thread.

In simple terms, set up a geocode question for people to select their location. You can then pull whatever data you want from that response and save it to other fields. You can even save the lats and longs as text if you wish to use that to cross check agisnt polygons later.
