Pixel editor greyed out even though I have the license and am logged into the account with the license.

Question

I am trying to use the pixel editor tool. My company has three online platforms, Portal, and two AGOL accounts. One of the accounts has the Imagery Analyst add-on license. I have that license assigned to me. In Pro I am logged into that account that has the license assigned to it and the tab is still greyed out.

I too use differents accounts with different licenses. I have noticed that, after I've been working with a more restriced user, I log in to Pro with a user having an extra license that license works only after i log on, sign out and log on for a second time.

Could this be your issue too?
