Hi,

I think Raster and Imagery options are not exposed to API.

FYI on this

Raster and Imagery Applications option (API Support) will available in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.

I later switched to using the API to import Raster files, which prevents the dialog asking whether to build pyramids from appearing.
