Add support for esri.tasks.* to the Compact Build

Please consider adding support for the esri.tasks components to the compact build for use with other (non-dojo) toolkits (e.g. jQuery). I would expect that this should be relatively straightforward, since these tasks are distinct from the UI and DOM and are predominantly JSON-based asynchronous queries.

Are you referring to *.esriTasks files that are used to exchange ArcGIS Pro Tasks between Pro desktop clients?
