Provide access to an unbuiltversion of the ArcGIS Javascript SDK.

That is:

Unbuilt - Not combined with dojo
Unobfuscated and Uncompressed

Why?

Makes debugging your application easier.
Allows you to more easily build your application using the dojo build process.
