AGOL Error log when publishing services

When I publish a feature service from CSV data on ArcGIS Online I have run across various situations where my data is incorrect and records can get dropped, bad extents are created, fields are not loaded, etc. This all happens silently. There is no warning or information from AGOL and often the only way to understand if anything doesn't work is to query the data.
It would be nice to have a summary and/or detailed report of any errors or inconsitencies during publication, especially in the case where AGOL drops records.
