Place Name Alias Tables in gcpk Locator packages

According to the
documentation for creating geocoding packages
, Place-Name alias tables are not supported when trying to package locators. It would be fantastic if Runtime SDKs making use of these packages can access the full geocoding functionality, aliases included.
