RCE movable Identify window

In Roads and Highways - Roadway Characteristic Editor (RCE) web app, the Identify window is useful for identifying routes. However when using the 'find route' tool which selects and opens the Identify window, the route is hidden by the window. When closing the window, it also unselects the route making it hard to determine which route was the one that was queried for. Making the identify window movable is a preferred solution. Or, keeping the route highlighted after a 'find route' query selected when the Identify window is closed is another option. This is in 10.2.2 patch 1 and earlier versions.
