Increase display of field names in the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder

The Configure Attribute Table dialog box only shows the first seven or so letters of each field name.
Cannot tell which field name is what even by hovering over the field name.

It will also be helpful if the Sorting and Select / Deselect all the Attributes are provided in Attribute table Configurations.

Similarly, it would be nice to have the ability to control the formatting on each field. We have this ability in the pop-up configuration dialog, but not within the WAB attribute table widget configuration.

Better yet, if it simply inherited the field configuration settings for each layer from the pop-up config in the web map. This would eliminate the need to configure this twice and allow for a consistent experience for users.
