Turn labels off in WAB layer list widget

If labels are configured for a specific layer in the underlying webmap, it would be nice to have the option to turn them off (and back on) in the layer list widget of arcgis online Web AppBuilder.
This because it is for the moment not possible to set visibility range for labels independently of the layer visibility. See:

Even if you can define visibility range separately with the latest AGOL, it seems still to be useful. See also the new idea: https://community.esri.com/ideas/12686
