When viewing attachments in the editor window from within a webmap they currently appear as below. One accidental click on the red X and the attachment is gone forever! A solution that warns the user they are about to delete an attachment would be ideal.
I am surprised this idea has not attracted a lot of attention.
Just as @DanielNutsford1 described, the ability to accidentally click on the red x next to listed attachments in environments like the editor widget in a Web App Builder app or equivalent is dangerously high.
There should be an option in the widget settings that allows you to check on/off the ability to edit attachments and ideally an extra step of having to confirm to delete an attachment in case one accidentally hits the red x.
