printing geoprocessing not working when referenced to template in flex

Question

I am having issues with printing GP tool. The GP services is working fine, it works if i just force it to run on MAP_ONLY, but soon I point to my template, it just gives me Error "EsriJobFailed".

I have template mxd in 10.4.1 and server is in ArcGIS 10.2.2. I am using Flex api.

Anyone got the similar issue or any solutions would be very helpful

You can not have your templates in 10.4.1 and then expect ArcGIS Server 10.2.x to be able to understand and use them. Moving forward in version is not possible but backwards is (i.e. ArcGIS Server 10.4.1 could read and use 10.2.x mxds but NOT vise versa). You need to upgrade ArcGIS Server.
