ArcGIS Server Network Analisys Services and OSM data

Question

Hello,

I am trying to use ArcGIS Editor for OSM 10.3 to create a Network Dataset and publish a Network Analisys service on my on-premisses ArcGIS Server.

The steps of download OSM data, import it on a geodatabase and create a network dataset was completed without problems.

When I use Network Analyst extension (on desktop) to solve a route everything goes well but, after I publish a service and try to find a route between two stops I got a message saying that "location in stops is unlocated".

Any thoughts?

Hello, for some reason, after install ArcGIS Desktop on the same machine that ArcGIS Server, the problem stops.
