Extend InMemoryWorkspace

For the purpose of UnitTesting extend the functionality avalable through InMemoryWorkspaces.

Add Support for:
- RelationshipClasses
- FeatureDatasets
- Topology

The current solution with ScratchWorkspace is too slow having 1000+ Tests
