Select features button

Same functionality as in ArcGIS Explorer Online - a standard button that allows users to select objects by dragging a box around them, or selecting them one at a time by clicking. Ideally the user would have some control over the display parameters of the highlighted selection, and the ability to run a tool (i.e. similar to a Dashboard gadget in the online version) or a standard analysis tool from a toolbox.

In addition, once features are selected be able to export them to My Content so they can be added to the map as a layer.
