Hi, I noticed that there is a NOAA navigational chart service for the Gulf because of the Deep Water Horizon response, which is very useful. Can ESRI expand this for all the NOAA charts?

USGS Topos are easy to both locate and export in high quality documents. NOAA charts are both hard to find, and then especially hard to export in high quality maps due to this BSB/KAP file format. A basemap of these would be SWEET (technically speaking).
