In ArcGIS Online, users can add comments to items, but not to groups. It would be useful for members of any given group to be able to add comments (e.g. requesting additional content or amendments) as you can with items.
This is a great idea and would really support collaborative working, especially for shared edit & update groups.
It would be even more useful if group members could be notified when new comments are added or they are mentioned in a comment. An option to disable comments or notifications might be required for groups with a large number of members.
