Enterprise ArcSDE has long supported replication and synchronization of datasets via archiving and versioning; functionality that extends to the ArcGIS Runtime SDKs. Most use-cases for replication in the mobile SDKs are for offline editing; primarily for internal-facing applications. However, we’ll share how we leverage this functionality to build public-facing apps with potentially millions of users, served by a single ArcGIS Server instance, utilizing static content hosted in AWS S3.
