At my organization, we noted some ArcGIS Desktop users got this error when remoting into their workstations.
This error is due to the client machine's graphic card's driver being out of date, or conflicting with othergraphic cards in the machine.
This issue can be fixed by going to the graphic card manufacturers website and installing the latest driver.

And one suggestion: Instead of just adding a screenshot for error encountered, write it out as Text.
Text in an image cannot be searched while looking for solutions to any issue.
