With ArcGIS Runtime<\/A>, native 2D and 3D geo-apps can be created for all relevant desktop and mobile platforms. The new version 100.8 brings the following new features in addition to bug fixes, performance improvements, and platform-specific changes:<\/P> <\/P><\/P>New Utility Network<\/A> Trace Type "Isolation", which can be used, for example, in a gas network to determine which valves need to be closed to make a section gas-free.<\/LI>Image Overlays as a new map overlay type for raster data.<\/LI>Support for Online Layers in Mobile Map Packages (mmpk) and Mobile Scene Packages (mspk).
