Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS<\/A> is an application for creating focused 2D and 3D web apps using intuitive widgets and attractive designs. With the Developer Edition<\/A>, developers can customize and extend existing widgets and designs or create entirely new ones.<\/P>

Measure in 3D<\/EM><\/SPAN><\/P><\/P>The new version 2.8 of the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Developer Edition now has the same functional level as the embedded Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online from the

April 2018 Release<\/A>. Many existing widgets have been updated and some new widgets have been added, e.g., Measure in 3D. Furthermore, the usability of the builder's configuration interface itself has been significantly improved and the documentation adjusted.<\/P>
