How to load in-memory layer into ArcMap?

Hello,

I have some ModelBuilder models and Python scripts that create "in-memory" feature layers.  If they are already created, is there a way to load them into ArcMap?  If I try to run a standard geoprocessing tool in my session, I can they show up as options, but wanted to see if direct way I can load them.

You are asking one question for two very different environments so its not clear what you are really asking.

If you are in modelbuilder and a tool creates an in_memory featureclass then if you feed that into a Make FeatureLayer tool and set the output to Add to Display that would normally add it the table of contents in your map document.
