Create polygon drawing based on selected polygon features from an external WMS/WFS service

Is there a way to convert features of an external WMS or WFS service into drawings? What I am trying to do is to select a few polygon features from an external WFS or WMS and generate a polygon drawing with a shape equal to the selected features. Thanks in advanced.
