Accessing camera from within the survey?

Aloha,

My survey does not allow me to take photos directly- I get a black screen only, but I can upload a photo of the observation.

Hi,

it looks like the camera widget in Survey123, for some reason, is not able to start in your particular device. What device are you running? What is the brand, model and operating system?
