Outbox in survey123

Question

I need your support. I cant send individual reports from outbox. if you tried to send one on=f them, survey 123 send all the reports in outbox.

Hi. This is how the Outbox behaves. When you hit Send, all items in the Outbox are sent.

If you would like a particular survey in the Outbox not to be sent, do the following:

1- In the Outbox, tap on the survey you do not want to be sent

2- Open the survey for editing

3- Tap the X button at the top-right corner of your survey and save the survey as a Draft

4- Go back to the Outbox and send surveys

5- At a later time, you can open your survey from the Drafts folder and then submit it

In general, we expect all surveys in the Outbox to be 'ready to be sent'. If a survey is not ready to be sent, then I would suggest you keep them as Drafts.
