Please help me.
I am trying to do the on-line training of ArcGis Earth, but when I try to sign in, it doesn´t sign in and I get the message : Unable to connect to the portal. Please make sure that the specified portal is up, running and the URL is correct.

Do you have the correct URL of your portal and if so, is the portal up and running?
In the example below I purposely added an incorrect portal with my name.
I can add the correct url and Earth will add the portal.
You can also check first to see if your portal is up and running.
