Referencing other Survey entries in a Smart Form

Question

Hello,

I have a request from a client to include a summary field in a Survey that would summarize the entries from a certain field from all previous survey entries so that they can have a quick reference to know which stations have already been monitored.

Is this possible with Survey123 Smart Forms? And if not, does anyone have any ideas of an approach to get a similar functionality?

Hi Katherine,

This is not currently possible with the Survey123 field app. Once a survey is opened it can only reference that record from the feature layer, data from other records can not be summarised or displayed in the currently open record. We have other similar open enhancement requests for this type of additional features and are currently working on extended functionality to the field app which may be able to resolve this in the future.
