Sensitive data collected through Survey123

Question

Hi All,

I have a research group that is trying to deploy a Survey123 survey through a Hub. They plan on collecting personal data that will likely require them to follow HIPAA data guidelines. Is there a proper workflow for this? I'm assuming the data can't be stored in ArcGIS Online. Is there any other solution besides them deploying enterprise and deploying the survey through that? They don't have the resources or expertise to manage an enterprise deployment.

Hi. Check Compliance—ArcGIS Trust Center | Documentation for details regarding ArcGIS Online HIPPA compliance.  If the support provided by ArcGIS Online is not sufficient, you may want to check with your Esri account manager for additional options.
