How do we add multiple pages in ArcMap Layout Templates for Custom Print Service?

Hi Team,

We have a specific requirement of how our exported map should look like. The exported map pdf should have multiple pages. On first page, it should have Map and on further pages it should have few set of tables with values from Attribute Tables/Tables. Few tables should have summary kind of information such as count of features which has a specific value in specific field.

These templates are used in publishing ArcGIS Server custom print service.

Could someone please help me with some information on how to do this.
