I am trying to "visualize a route" between two places I marked on my map and I get the error message, "unable to run analysis, insufficient credits or user privileges to complete operation." I currently hold the ArcGIS online license through my employer. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error message?

From that error message it appears that your org administrator has either removed the privilege to perform analysis or you don't have sufficient credits allocated to your user to perform analysis operations. Can you confirm with your org's administrator if that's the case?
