Craft CMS and Error: multipleDefine during loading JS arcgis library.

In my plugin I'm trying to load library to my new field template

craft()->templates->includeJsFile('//js.arcgis.com/4.5/init.js');

and I receive Error: multipleDefine

Library and map working fine from plain HTML file. is it some kind of Craft CMS conflict?

Thanks for any advice
