I am trying to use the submission url and when I go to publish I get an error that says Fields not found in the feature service:1. How do I fix it?
When creating the survey, did you add any additional questions or notes that you gave names? If so, you will need to set their esriFieldType column to null so thy don't count as fields to submit data to.
