Not able to load webmap from Portal in Quick Report Template

We are using the latest version of AppStudio for ArcGIS Desktop and Portal for ArcGIS 10.6

We create a webmap in Portal for ArcGIS, we add the sampleserver6 wildfire feature service, change webmap's sharing property to public.

When we configure the Quick Report template with webmap ID hosted on the Portal the map does not load.

We created a similar webmap in ArcGIS Online account and map loads succesfully in the Quick Report Template. 

Any suggestions would helpful.

Out of the box, Quick Report only supports Webmap from ArcGIS Online, if you want to use the Webmap from ArcGIS Enterprise, please replace the code on QuickReportApp.qml line ~66, replace the ArcGIS Online URL with the Portal URL.
