We are trying to implement the Citizen Service Request App as part of the Local Government Model.
When the app is run, the screen with the basemap appears with the splash screen and the load indicator. The problem is that it never completes the loading of the service request layer. I do not get any error messages it just continues like it is loading but it never does.
