How do I share my local web app?

Hi,

I am a intern in my company and as a practice they have assigned me for creating printing report widget. Somehow I have managed to create the widget, however I am having trouble sharing my web app to everyone. Currently my web app url contains my computer's name, which made me to believe that my web app only works locally. Is there a way or a link that explain how to share local web app with the organization?
