Multiple selections on each form

I'm creating a form for a tree survey. We have a 30' radius and sample every tree inside the plot. Is there a way to set up the form so I can note every tree (number of trees in plot varies from sample site to sample site) and just have one form for each site? Or would I have to create a new form for each tree inside the each plot?

Hi Patrick,

Yes, you can use a single survey for all the trees in the sample plot. You can simply collect info about each individual tree within a repeat question. Please see the attached sample tree survey form to help get you started.
