Where can I download ArcGIS for desktop version 10.2.1

Hi, I am trying to download an older version of ArcGIS for a client project. The oldest that could download online is 10.3. Could someone give me some pointers on where to look for to download ArcGIS for desktop version 10.2.1 and ArcGIS SDK for Microsoft .NET for the same version? Thanks!
