Importing an AutoCAD Drawing

Hello,

I have received a .dwg file of a lot layout proposal. I am trying to overlay this lot layout over a map in ArcMap 10.5. Is there an easy way to do this? I'm guessing the spatial references don't line up because I can't seem to get the map and .dwg in the same data frame.
