Survey information not going out of device

Question

Hi , I need help on this problem. I have my survey ready to be sent and I am getting this message on the device screen " getting service information" and that circle spin and keep spinning without sending anything out. How do I solve this problem. This is a feature service that we have been using for four months now with about 182 points on it. Any help will be so appreciated . Thanks

Hi Daniel,

There was a change between 1.9 and 1.10 (released in december) that caused an issue with the symptoms you're describing above; this was addressed in a fix in January.  Which version of Survey123 (1.x.x) are you using?
