I am currently receiving an error message for report templates on Survey123. I have successfully used these forms in the past but not it says:
An error occurred while generating report.
missing required params
How do I over come this issue?

I had a similar problem yesterday and this morning. I cleared my browser history and cache as recommended and no longer a problem. I also switched to google chrome rather than explorer as explorer11 and survey123 has caused me problems before

I came across the same issue this morning.
To make sure there wasn't anything wrong with my template, I downloaded the "default template." But, that didn't solve the problem either.
Could you share the docx template and possibly the XLS file?
