georeference raster image with python

Does anyone know if there is a way to georeference a raster image with the Python API in ArcGIS Pro? Essentially here I am looking to automate some of the move, scale, transform functionality as described here Georeferencing a raster automatically to another raster—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
