City Engine - GFA massing rule

Hey Folks,

last week at the ESRI conference, I saw a lot of incredible 3D work going on......one of which was a .cga that could be used for urban planning.

The rule allowed for creation of a building mass based on it's height vs it's target GFA.

Does anyone know if that rule is available in a City Engine tutorial or anything?

Here is a link to the complete street rule.  Inside of the "rules" folder are a number of building rules including a Building Massing rule.  I do not have much experience with these particular rules, but I know that they have various options for GFA and building model themes. Good luck!
