report writer on Survey123 not working

Question

Survey123 Report Writer found on the website stopped working yesterday for us.  We get the error code:

{"code":"ResourceNotFound","message":"/api/reportMerge/printByWordTemplate/execute does not exist"}

The “404” message means that the specified file cannot be found. I get the same message if I manually enter the URL listed, so it appears to be an issue either from the App requesting the wrong URL or part of their web site not working.

Can you help us with what is going on with it?

This as been sorted out, thank you for your response.  There was a version update of Survey in the couple weeks before the issue came up.

Deleting search history in the browser and cookies worked to fix the issue.

Hi Ian,

Did you create the report directly in the Data page of Survey123 website (https://survey123.arcgis.com) or invoke the above URL path from your script/code?

"/api/reportMerge/printByWordTemplate/execute" is an old API path which we removed in the 3.0 release, if you would like to invoke the API from code perspective, please refer to the network request in current Data page of the Survey123 website, or contact James Tedrick‌ for more information about the feature report API.
