Integromat the Survey Watch in Edition has Objectid -1

Using the Integromat with the survey in the survey edition, the objectid is not used (value -1) only the globalid which causes the following to not be able to issue the Feature Report

This looks to particular to the edit event - was the form edited via the website or the field app?
