Can the editing be possible in online Cloud GIS? if the data once entered can it be modified?
Explain it would be good for beginners like me.

Hello Lakshmi,
For editing a layer on ArcGIS Online, you must enable the Capabilities> feature access option while publishing service from ArcMap.
