Model Builder

Question

Hi all,

In model builder I am trying to append new features from one feature class to another. For some reason one field will not copy/map across. As the feature classes have different schemas I am selecting NO_TEST and I have a + symbol to the left of the fields I want populated when the features are copied across (including the one that is not populating.  Any ideas why one field will not populate?
