Unable to login to web app

Question

I am the administrator on our arcgis.com site. I have successfully created worforce projects and assigned tasks to workers. I can even sign in to the mobile app.

However, when I try to sign in to the workforce web app, I get an error saying "Contact your administrator" and then it takes me back to the landing page (workforce.arcgis.com) and I am not signed in.

What am I doing wrong?

Is there a setting or some permissions I need to change (or that were changed without me)?

Excellent! It works now. I thought that was what I was typing already. I think I'll just bookmark the secure site address to avoid mistyping this in the future.

Can you try accessing the web app at "https://workforce.arcgis.com"?

Make sure to use the https protocol.
